Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in coordinating the movement of goods, optimizing routes, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams. As a Dispatcher, your logistical expertise will contribute to the successful execution of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of shipments to drivers, optimizing routes for efficient and timely deliveries.

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, providing clear instructions and addressing any issues that may arise during transportation.

  • Monitor the progress of shipments and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.

  • Resolve any transportation-related problems or delays in a proactive and efficient manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver assignments, delivery times, and route details.

  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and safety.

  • Continuously assess and optimize dispatch processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or related field preferred.
