As an Account Manager, you'll leverage your industry knowledge and customer-focused approach to provide tailored logistics solutions, address client needs, and drive mutual growth. Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their logistics requirements and business objectives.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their logistical needs.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific transportation challenges and goals, and recommend customized solutions that align with their needs.

  • Monitor and manage the execution of transportation services, ensuring on-time deliveries and exceptional service quality.

  • Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.

  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to clients, showcasing the value and impact of our logistics solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in account management, client relationship management, or a related field, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

  • Solid understanding of logistics operations, transportation solutions, and industry dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
